RENTAL AGREEMENT:
A two-week notice is recommended in order to guarantee availability of any rental equipment.
The charge for delivery is based on your zip code. The delivery is to the site and pick-up from the site. Delivery charge may be higher for some locations. Deliveries made to ground level only, therefore please make your delivery arrangements explicit, as there may be extra charges if stairs or long distance carrying is involved. Set up is available for chairs and tables at an additional 25% fee based on the total invoice price, teardown is not included in this fee. If rental items are not broken down the way they were delivered a 25% breakdown fee will apply. However, the set up of any other rentals will be done at no additional fee.
Individuals wishing to rent equipment are required to submit a minimum of a 50% security deposit (cash, cashier check or credit card) along with a current, valid driver's license or state identification card.
All rentals are to be prepaid, or Cash on Delivery unless a charge account has been previously established. Open account customers in good standing may submit a signed purchase order in lieu of a security deposit.
Some of the equipment we rent requires training prior to its use. We suggest that the person(s) designated to operate such equipment get a lesson in operation from us prior to the event. We will not be responsible for machines that do not work properly if no lesson was given prior to use or if the individual responsible for operating and maintaining the machine is present at the time of delivery.
All of our concession equipment is either NSF listed, UL approved, or manufactured for safe food use or preparation; however, most of it is designed for indoor use. Please ask if you are unsure of how the equipment may be used outdoors. In some cases an extra fee may apply for equipment used outdoors.
Our concession rental equipment is sanitized and tested for safety and reliability on a regular basis. As with all equipment, however, there is a risk that if it is not used properly, injury could result. Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. assumes no responsibility for injury resulting from the misuse of a machine. You should provide insurance and health department permits, if required for your particular event.
You will be responsible for the equipment from the time the equipment is delivered and set up to the time it is picked up. Please make sure the equipment is secured when not in use and protected from wind and water hazards such as inclement weather, outdoor sprinklers, pools, pets or wet or damp surfaces. You will be charged up to full replacement cost for any damaged or missing items. You will be charged a $50 – $150 cleaning fee if the equipment is returned dirty. We can not take back any opened products or if the seal has been broken. If we are forced to take legal action to recover our equipment, you agree to pay for any and all legal fees. Additionally, we retain the right to charge for loss of use for the time the equipment is not in our possession.
CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the high demand for equipment, it is necessary for us to have reservations guaranteed in advance in the form of a security deposit. Deposits must be presented at least one week prior to the rental date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to the rental date will be charged 25% of the total equipment rental cost for one day. Rental reservations not canceled prior to the rental date will be charged one full day's rental cost for all equipment reserved.

USE OF EQUIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) I have been shown a thorough demonstration on the correct operation and safety features of each piece of equipment.
2) I have been given full and ample opportunity to inspect all rental equipment and find no obvious damage. As a result, misuse or improper operation of equipment which results in any injury, damage, personal loss or Death as a result of my or my guests' misuse or negligence is NOT the responsibility of Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp.
3) I understand that negligence on my part or the part of my guests in regards to operation or use of rental equipment does not constitute negligence on the part of Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. and will not hold Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. responsible for any injury, damage, personal loss or death as a result of my or my guests' negligence.
4) Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. has not supplied any alcohol for my event (If Applicable).
5) I am responsible for the safety, storage, preparation, cleanliness and correct operation of all rental equipment, accessories and food items associated with the rental equipment.
6) I have allowed Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. to act as my contractor to set-up, connect, display and begin operation of all rental equipment and will not hold Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. responsible for any incorrectness or negligence as a result. Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. will set up equipment to "The best of their ability" and are not and should not be considered experts in the construction, operation, placement or display of any rental equipment.
7) All accessories and additional concessions not considered a "connected part" of the rented equipment provided by Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. have been delivered and released into my possession as new, unopened packages. I understand that Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. uses third party manufacturers and suppliers to provide accessories necessary for the operation of some rental equipment and that although the Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. label may appear on the package, Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. plays no role in the actual manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.
8) I have had all questions regarding this addendum and entire rental agreement answered to my satisfaction.
9) I will clean all items rented, this includes rinsing silverware, place settings, chairs and tables including removing any staples, tape and gum from the bottom of the tables. A cleaning / damage fee will apply for any item returned dirty / damaged of not less than $50 - $150 dollars. Others items that are damaged may cost more to repair / replace those items include but are not limited to: Canopies, Tents, Tables, Chairs, dance floors, linens, dishware, flatware, audio visual equipment, concession equipment, bars, and themed rentals.
10) I will accept full responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, injury, theft, loss of limb, death or any other conceivable misfortune or accident that may occur as a result of the use, operation, transport or ingestion by myself or any of my guests.
Mega Fun Balooza Party Rental, Corp. reserves the right to refuse rental and service to anyone.
